The signature following "To afrock & hat of..." is the sole point of contention remaining. The previous transcriber read it as "McDavies BeCarps." I disagree on the "McDavies" and "BeCamps," as the 'c' and 'B' do not match other instances elsewhere in the document. I am not 100% confident on "ReCamps," however.
