Humasen at Grenada Miss who is directed to report to the Asst Commissioner in detail the amounts due freedmen for labor on the Robinson plantation for the Year 1867 - and also in what manner he has ascertained what seems are due them - Labor on other plantations and in raising another Crop in 1866 Cannot be paid out of the proceeds of the Crop of 1867 raised
