Respectfully referred to Thaddeus K. Preuss Agent Sub. Dist. of Greenville attention invited to the communication of R.D.Shipp late of the firm of Shipp Bourges & Co., He will cause the within claim of Tho. Gibson to be paid by the firm of E. Bourges and J. Wilson who are now working the place on which the cotton claimed was raised, the latter gentleman having obligated himself to adjust all unsettled accounts, These papers to be returned with report.
