As the curator has finished work upon the west coast collection of Echini recently obtained by the steamer Albatross, he has set aside for the National Museum a series of specimens representing all the identified species. These have been labeled but will not be catalogued until the collection has been formally transferred to the Museum by the Fish Commission.
