Accessions. - Two accessions were received in November: from John J. Northrop, School of Mines, Columbia College, New York City, seven specimens representing as many species of ophurans and starfishes collected by the donor at the Bahama Islands in the winter of 1889-90; from Charles R. Orcutt, Sam Diego, Cal., a small collection of worms, sponges, tunicates, crustaceans and echinoderms, the same to be named and a series returned.
