The sun was very hot indeed, and I got burned & the baby somewhat, altho she was more protected. Coming back on the ferry, a half hour's ride, she became violently sick, seasick coupled with the heat, it seems, for days! But we got her back to the camp and abed, and she has dropped at once to sleep. I have felt too little hands and feet and she is perfectly cool, without any fever, so I hope this time she will get over it quickly. This tropical sun is too much for folks, altho I don't seem to mind it at all, and in fact feel much invigorated by the day at the ocean. I am growing used to being out & on the road & really feel very much stronger than all winter, if it weren't for fretting over her, but I guess she will pull thru. We're going north all the time now and will go on to Tampa & Clearwater and lodge there, I trust tomorrow night. We shall go return quickly after tomorrow homewards. I enclose a pretty blanket flown I picked on the island. Doris
