& one I have just finished. Alice seems to have lots of books of their own & those I read at my leisure. she is very intimate with the Glennon girl. she is a great reader, always studying taking courses in deep things like her father, we went to school with him, he was a great student & went to college & practiced medicine was a good doctor (Dr Glennon)  you dont [[don't]] remember him they had money & Agnes 99Agnes']] mother died & left money two girls she had were born & he married again. the money was from the first wife. well the afternoon is waning & its [[it's]] about time to think of supper which will be toast I guess. something simple to digest it seems good to sit here in the sun again Pa is sitting in the dining room on the radiator well I cant [[can't]] think of more to write this time Ma.
