& read what you wrote about the little dress her trying it on to her & its being such a good fit & so becoming 7 she seemed pleased. all right they may write us later she said she asked me to call her up once in a while. so Maude seems all right dont [[don't]] you think. she knows I am not going any where these times. Pa has had Harris to day he cut his hair & shaved him. The paper speaks of Danfoth Henrys [[Henry's]] wife being brought here to be buried. she that was Sarah Talbot. Elmas [[Elma's]] Talbots sister I suppose Arthur Talbot will come in for more property after his her husband dies, he is 96 year old. but it may go to some of his folks, unless she made a will, they need it more than he does of course. but money does where its [[it's]] not need lots of times

I am afraid anther snow storm is coming to night its [[it's]] so chilly feeling outside. our storms all come in the night the moon is pleasant it shines all night. the days are getting longer also they lengthen out wonderfully this month & just see how fast the month is going winter will be gone before we realize it.

PS It has'nt [[hasn't]] snowed but the winds in the east & its going to rain. I think anything but a snow storm is welcome.
