TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This is to Certify, That William J. Powell a member of Company Nine of the 17th Provisional Training Regiment is hereby Honorably Discharged from his enlistment under Section 54, National Defense Act, by reason of Acceptance of commission

He is a resident of Chicago, in the State of Illinois, is 20 10/12 years of age, and is 5 feet 8 inches in height.
