glad when they quiet & being stormy to day they are quiet on the whole it was not hard to bear down below us to the next house was noisy. I am glad this storm has come it was needed much. my plants were drying up & I could not water them. I am getting along by myself very comfortably. nothing to disturb me. I am going to get Mrs. G. & to get me some more J.C. Bell tablets for pain. only enough left for the night. she may show up before bedtime if not there is enough to last to night. I have just called up Jack Wayland & he is suffering with this secatic he has them come to the house & give him treatments from the hospital down here.  they are electrical treatments. he is most crazy with pain in his back & Lottie says her mother has it in her back cant sleep nights the changeable weather is the cause they think fire hot & then cold. I am better off by myself to be quiet & then get my sleep by day. nights I am suffering pain till after 12 or 1 O'clock then towards morning I get easier & get some sleep I sleep late & Pa stays in his bed later we had breakfast after & this morning I slept late. well if you could have some of our cold days you would like them too bad its so hot there I am sorry you have to stand it. nothing right in this life. hope you all keep well.
