James came after me early as he did not come yesterday. She went home this afternoon they came early. & to night I am going to heat up her stone & put it in her bed. so she will have it to warm up in the bed when she comes home by ten o'clock. Pa come down stairs as soon as she went off he is afraid & worried for fear of his going to die & talks it all the whole time I really think he is failing but he eats & sleeps well still.
