I sleep much better nights.  I was superintending the putting on of the windows & was on my feet most of the time but in spite of it I had a good nights rest, so I feel the better for it.  I had to wait for the Dr to coach the football game so Miss OBrine put the dog up on the bed with me & he lay with his head on my leg when her sister came in.  She is cashier in the BPM & she saw us.  Beans has taken a great liking to me he is the Doctors dog.  He says when it comes a mild day he will take me down with Miss O'Brine to witness the game.  I never saw one played.  He is all carried away with it, he coached football all through his college days.  Little Flossy is a favorite with them.  Ralph called up the hospital to know if they could tell him where he was & Miss O'brine told him if he could find the doctor he would find Blake.  She gave me a big bunch of her chrysanthemums, hot hous ones.  Mrs Osbourn is carried away with the discarded library books Alice gave us, 8 in all to keep as long as we need them.  Jim gets out to get them for me, he is growing big so I told him & he got on the scales & found out he had gained ten lbs.  Ma.
