instruments. a large exray [[x-ray]] machine & the other ones fill the different rooms. the narrow beds with curtains of white linnen [[linen]] all around them. so each cot can be closed all around in seperate [[separate]] rooms by themselves it is well equipped. two beautiful Gov Winthrop chairs in the hall just as you enter. a pretty winding stairway. their living rooms are all on the third landing the house was owned by James Hill. he & his brother Johnnie used to be very musical & gives conserts [[concerts]]. the Hill orcastry [[orchestra]]. Frank Hill their only son married Emma Bessie Ball and after she died, he married again & they built a house on the opposite corner of Belchers mansion, where she still lives, having married again. Frank died of heart trouble, he dropped dead while going to catch his train one morning. I used to go to high school with him, he was in Pa's class a nice good dispositioned boy. the Hills manufactured shoes where Belchers shop stands. a small building before they enlarged it as it stands now. "Old Moses" is over in Ballentines back yard gazing over into George McGarveys back yard. seeing what he can. while the owners are away from home. he is a poor old feeble man & time hangs heavy on his hands. Dennis Is most always at home inside the house reading for entertainment. Mrs Gilzer came over & watered my plants & picked my tomatoes & got me some butter down town. Land of Lakes. the Brockton butter is too strong. the boy has just brought it over. I was asleep after supper. I hope to night will be a good night to sleep I am awful sleepy since my supper  Ma

The first letter in Mrs. "Gilzer" (the "G") looks like the "G" in "George three lines above. Found a Gelzer family in the town next to Stoughton, MASS. Ma's spelling is not the best. Thanks for the heads up, helps a lot.
