Hughes, Secretary #23.11 February 5, 1932 NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING (underlined) TO THE MEMBERS OF THE FIFTH AVENUE ASSOCIATION, INC.: (underlined) In accordance with Article IX, Section I of the By-Laws, the Annual Meeting of The Fifth Avenue Association, Inc, will be held at the Empire State Club, twenty-first floor, Empire State Building, Fifth Avenue and 34th Street, New York City, New York, on Tuesday, February 16, 1932, at 12 o'clock noon, for the following purposes. 1. To elect fourteen Directors for the full term of three years to expire in 1935. In accordance with Article VII, Section 2 of the By-Laws, a Nominating Committee, consisting of Louis Stewart, Chairman, Waldron P. Belknap, John S. Burke, Franklin Simon and Wilson Hatch Tucker, was appointed by the Board of Directors, and this Committee, at a meeting held January 7, 1932, reported the following fourteen names of candidates selected for membership in the Board of Directors, for the term to expire in 1935: John A. Harriss Emil W. Kohn Philip LeBoutillier Wm. J. Pedrick J.R. Pollock Thomas A. Reynolds Frank G. Shattuck John Slater John Sloane Walter Stabler Louis Stewart Arthur Williams I.M. Wheeler Eugene E.
