Mr. Francis I. Jones, Director General of the United States Employment Service, has appealed to the Fifth Avenue Association, asking that the cooperation of its members be extended to Mr. Rosenberg. Mr. Rosenberg and the members of his staff have had considerable difficulty in securing interviews with the proper parties, and you are therefore asked, as an employer, to cooperate by indicating the party with whom an appointment may be made and sending this information direct to Mr. Abraham Rosenberg, Manager, 15 Pine Street, New York City. By doing this you will aid a worthy cause, and, at the same time, make available a service which may be of value to you. Thank you in advance for your interest and cooperation, I am Very Truly Yours Thomas W. Hughes Secretary H:C Enc
