Jacques Seligman & Company
705 Fifth Avenue
New York, N.Y.

Gentlemen

I wonder if you will let me add my word to the personal note which Colonel Friedsam sent you the other day.

With all the frankness in the world, we want the moral support of your name as a member of The Fifth Avenue Association.

If I could have the pleasure of sitting across the desk from you, to tell you in detail what the organization has done, is doing and has in view to do for our Avenue yours and mine, you would, I think be amazed. And how much more we can do if we have on our side, shoulder to shoulder with us, every man and every house with an address on Fifth Avenue, and address which is an asset, and an asset because The Fifth Avenue Association has made it its business to see that it is never anything but an asset.

Once more, I wonder if you will not come to us with your membership, and once again may I say that we want you, we need you.

Sincerely,

Wm. J. Pedrick
