TO MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS
OF THE FIFTH AVENUE ASSOCIATION, INC.:

We have been requested by the Lafayette Day National Committee to ask you to display the American and French flags, side by side, or the American flag alone, on Saturday, [[underlined]] September 6th,[[/underlined]] which will be the anniversary of the birthday of Lafayette, as well as the anniversary of the Battle of the Marne. If both the American and the French flags are displayed, the American flag should be placed on the right as you look out of your window.

The Sons of the American Revolution have also requested us to display the American flag on Wednesday, [[underlined]] September 17th, [[/underlined]] Constitution Day, as we did last year.
