March 4th., 1967.

Dear Muriel:
As I mentioned to the Colonel when I 'phoned him this morning, I've chosen a painting I like very much personally, for your Symphony Orchestra auction.....and I hope someone else will like it as much. We represent the artist, JAMES TWITTY, and have had very satisfactory reactions to his shows. The selling price here is $450. - which I only mention as a guide when the bidding is in progress at the auction, as it isof course a gift from the gallery.

Herein, biographical notes on TWITTY.

Also, so that you are posted, is a copy of a letter leaving today.

I can imagine how busy you are there but hope you are enjoying it all and that you'll have a free hour for tea or luncheon when you come back.

Affectionately,

Muriel Francis
