Dear Mr. Seligmann:

This will confirm our agreement that I and my office will act as your publicity representatives for the D'Arenberg Collection of Manuscripts, for a period of three months and one quarter, the time to be broken down as follows: from July 21st to August 21st, and from September 15th to November 25th, 1952, which will take us half way though the Show.

Compensation for this service will be at the rate of $975.00 for the entire period, to be paid in monthly instalments of $300.00, and $75.00 for the final quarter of a month.

It is understood that you will reimburse my office for such out-of-pocket expenditures incurred in your behalf as photographs, reprints, mass mailings, etc. It is further agreed that this office will  not incur such expenses beyond the sum of $10.00 without first having obtained your approval.

If this is in accordance with your understanding, will you kindly sign and return to us one copy of this letter.
