Dear Mr. Seligman,

Today I paid a visit to your gallery for what was perhaps my last look at this year's drawing exhibition which I found to be just as exciting this time as when I first saw it a few weeks ago. I'm still mad about the Hoin and as I said to Mrs. Parker if I could afford it I would snap it up without thinking twice. Actually I'm somewhat surprised that as of early this afternoon it had not yet been sold. Perhaps I am overenthusiastic about it but I would imagine that such a thing ought to sell itself quite easily.

I was disappointed in not have been able to see you and am very sorry to have heard that you are not well. I sincerely hope that you will enjoy a speedy recovery and that soon you will be back at the gallery where I am sure you are sorely missed.

I hope that it is all right with you that I have taken the liberty of writing to your home where you will receive this sooner than if I had sent it to your office.

With best regards to you and Mrs. Seligman and with all get well wishes, I remain

Sincerely yours,

Ronald Freyberger
