I will close by stateing that I must have my pay monthly as my means will not allow me to wait any longer I have already involved myself by waiting upon the action of the Agent as he did not hand me the blank return untill about the Middle of Oct. this is why I have made out the return for the two months in one sheat Please send me a Register book for the School I enclose you an account of the expenses already incured for the School Room & fixtures furnished by me which I trust you will make good to me as the Freed men are not able too I think that my Salery should be at least seventy five dollars per month for both day and Night School with the number of Scholars that I have to teach I trust that you will [respond imediately as I am in great need
