being able to procure the proper Books as they are not in the place I regret that my letter to his Hon. is Yet unanswered while I am almost Suffering for want of means to feed myself and the School is being Kept back for want of proper books I must inform You that very many of Scholars are making very Rapid progress and will in a Short time if they have a School to go to be and honor to their Race and a credit to their teacher But I Must Say that unless I get assistance Soon I must from necessaty abandon the School
