All that is necessary excepting a stove to warm the room $15 or $20 will fit it up complet for one year and if it is your wish I will get a written lease of it for that length of time and go on and have the necessary benches & Desks made those will be the same & those that I had made (Portable) and when ever it becomes necessary to move the school to any other room the Desks & benches can be moved
without tearing them to pieces
