States that his society have a church & lot, held in the name of Reverend G. W. Pritchett, for which $250 00 are yet due; that Mr Pritchett is sued, and that their church will be seized for debt and sold, unless they can raise the amount due on it.

Has applied without success to Mr Eberhardt, Francis G. Shaw & to persons in the vicinity, and requests that the Bureau of R. F. & A. L., lend or give the money.

Reports that schools have been started in his town, &c.
