11 [[left margin]]Complaint No 9[[/left margin]] Polk Johnson (Freedman) complained that John Wilhelm committed and assault on him. I put Wilhelm under Bond to appear again Sept. 14th 1867. for further investigation as Wilhelm had not his Witness. I expect to refer the matter to a Justice of the Peace here.
