Complaint:- That Defendant beat him and his daughter, on account of another man's quarrel.

Complaint- That defendant beat his wife with a stick, because she asked him to pay what he owed her.
Oct. 3. Letter to N. J. Nelson, Esq., Justice of the Peace, requesting him to issue a warrant for the arrest of Defendant, and for such further action as would secure Plff's wife against his violence.
