vs.
Thadeus Gray.  } Complaint - That defendant, (who is clerk of the courts of the county,) being very drunk, without provocation drew a pistol upon him, and threatened to blow the top of his head off.
 Oct. 31. Letter to B. Hanway, Esq., J.P., requesting him to hear plaintiff's complaint, and issue a warrant for the arrest of the defendant.
Warrant issued and Deft. arrested.
