| Ann Chester No 1 Freedwoman | Says her son worked for T. G. Docell six months and did not get pair for the same. | October 14 1867 | Docell came to office same day and showed he had paid the boy all but six dollars which amount was paid her. | 

| Coy Patrick No 2. Freedmen | Says he worked four days for J. M. Patrick as blacksmith, and was not paid | October 1, 1867 | Patrick came to office same day, and had furnished supplies to over pay the freedman. | 

| Byron Henson No 3. Freedman | Says he rented a farm, and was to have the use of the same for improvement but the owner Joseph Smith wanted $100 00 in money | October 1, 1867 | Advised not to pay except in this office. |  

| Ben Lee No 4, Freedman | Says he worked for Peter Quinn last year for one third the crop and Quinn has not made a settlement. | October 1, 1867 | Quinn came to office Oct. 12th and showed that Ben owed him $125.38 for supplies last year not settled before. | 

| Nancy Brown No 5. Freedwoman | Says she worked for E. D. Whittington last year and did not get pay | October 1, 1867. | Refered to Arbitrators who called the account square; the reason being a big bill of supplies.
