Lieutenant, 
I have the honor to submit the following report in compliance with Circular Letter from your office of date July 25, 1867. and at the same time to request your attention to my report for September.

I. Probably nearly as by last report.

III. Further examination of the contracts presented but confirms the opinion expressed in last report.

VI. Since last report I believe several small schools have broken down, in the country for want of support. One school has been established in Aberdeen by a Mr Condol who formerly taught here. Of the condition of the schools in this district the accompanying school report can best speak.
