Armistead Young (col'd) complained that Isiah Daniels (white) refused to settle with him for labor performed this year, effected a settlement found due Young $46.25, complainant accepted Due Bill payable November 19th 1867

James Upshaw (col'd) complained that Thomas Upshaw (white) refused to furnish him with clothing in accordance with Contract between the parties, examined Contract which said nothing about clothing being furnished by first party to the second party. Explained contract to James Upshaw and dismissed the complaint.

Jerry King (col'd) complained that E A. Gray (white) refused to pay him for 3 months and 15 day labor at $18.00 per month, investigation found that Jerry King owed Gray $3.00 instead of Gray being indebted to King. Dismissed complaint.
