Gun Delap informed him that some one had called for the Gun in his name and that he delivered it to him and he refused to do any thing more in the matter And on investigation it was shown that Abram Delap had delivered Nelis Samsons Gun to an unknown party who represented himself as Samson. It was ordered that Abram Delap must before one O clock of the day following produce the said Gun and deliver it to Nelsi Samson freedman or in default thereof to pay in Money to Samson the sum of $13.50 the price agreed upon between the two parties

Smith hired himself and daughter to work for Burton from March 4th 67 to Jany 31st 67. he was to receive for his services $100, and $90. for his daughter. And some time in September Burton and Smith got into some difficulty in which Burton ordered Smith and his daughter to leave the place without a settlement, on an investigation of the case Smiths statements were substantiated Burton being in fault it was ordered that Burton was to pay Smith and his daughter the amount agreed upo being $190.

There is some other cases not decided on owing to all the witnesses and parties not being present
