After due investigation the action of W. Whittam was approved with the understanding that he allow her to attend to and gather her own crops.

20|Allen Wilkinson|Emanuel Gibson|Tried to work for the year at $50 per month to be paid at the end of the year to [[furnish?]] rations. Wilkinson to have half of every Saturday to cultivate private crops [[?]] discharged him on the 11th just refused to pay till January 14 1809 or to allow him to cultivate the crop.
W. Gibson states that Wilkinson insulted his mother that was the reason he discharged him. After due investigation the action of Mr. Gibson was disapproved & Wilkinson directed to return  his work. Both parties being satisfied.

Schnell was directed to pay all the wages due to [[Burdeu?]] also to pay him for some corn which he had planted to which he agreed, Burden to leave the place, Both parties being satisfied..
