F - Entries and Entry Fees for Free-for-all Races

1. Entries must be made on the official entry blanks supplied by the Contest Committee of the National Air Races, 103 Terminal Tower Arcade, Cleveland, Ohio.  Closing date for all entries will be midnight, August 15th.  Postmark on envelope will be considered official time of mailing.

2. An entry fee of $25.00 is required.  This will cover all events entered by one ship before closing date.  Separate entry blanks must be filled out for each ship entered.  Entry fee will be returned if filed before closing and if entrant is on the starting line on time and starts in each event, entered, un-less entry fee otherwise is forfeited.

3.  Pilots entering a ship after closing date must pay the original $25.00 entry fee and in addition, $10.00 for each event they enter, none of which will be returned.

4.  Pilots who have filed their entry before closing date may enter addi-tional events up to twenty-four hours before the Race is scheduled to be run, if they have qualified and establied their starting position for that event by pay-ing an additional entry fee of $10.00 for each event, none of which will be refunded. 

5.  In all closed course events where there are less than six entrants in the class on the starting line and ready to start, the Contest Committee reserves the right to cancel that race and no price money will be awarded.  However, should the Contest Committee decide to run an event where there are less than six entrants on the line ready to start, only the same number of prizes that there are ships in the race will get paid.  No race will be run with less than four starters.

6.  An entry which contains a false statement shall be considered null and void and the entry fee shall be forfeited. 

7.  In case an entrant will not personally pilot the airplanes entered, the name of the pilot and his license number must be filled out in entry blank.

8.   The Women's Race Event No. 4 will be limited to eight entrants.  Entries for this event will close August 15th and no entries will be accepted after this date.  The first eight entrants which meet the entry requirement, will have priority.  Postmark on the envelope will be considered official time of mailing.

9.  Entry blanks will not be officially accepted by the Contest Committee unless complete information specified thereon, is given.  The Contest Committee reserves the right to accept or reject all entries.

G - Entries and Entry Fee for Events No. 1, 4, and 7
