In every organization the job to be done can be best accomplished if all concerned work together in full harmony and understanding.
This handbook represents one of the ways in which the necessary harmony and understanding may be fortified. Its purpose it to explain something of the background of our Company, something of its products, and something of its polices and rules and regulations. These things are all necessary for our mutual guidance.
At the time of publication the contents of this handbook are up to date and accurate, but it is possible that changing conditions may result in some modifications which may need to be brought to the attention of all concerned. It is Management's policy, in such instances, to publicize these changes within the plant on our Bulletin Boards and in our plant publication, the Bendix BEAM.
We are fully dedicated to the task of doing our part in winning the war. Let us at this time renew our resolve so that the fine accomplishments which have been achieved to date may be continued and even bettered during the coming year.
