Our interest in the Jet Propulsion Race stems not alone from our close association with the aircraft industry, or from our insistence upon being first in the field. . . with new developments. It is a source of power that will someday be widely used by all transportation and industry. We are so confident of its widespread acceptance and use in the years to come that we assigned Weatherhead engineers to the task of working on jet power developments many months ago, and their work on this project will continue.
Our sponsorship of the Jet Propulsion Race at the National Air Races, is a public testimony of our interest in Jet Power. Even more concrete evidence of our interest and progress will be forthcoming. The Weatherhead Company, Cleveland 8, Ohio.
