Agent etc. Transmits enclosed the monthly report of Schools for his Division, having been requested from the several teachers, to make it out for them. Also reports, that, though he has used his best endeavors to get up Educational Associations in Early & Calhoun Counties, he could not succeed; that there is an Educational Association, but that it does not promise to realize the hopes of the projectors.
