Since writing you last, we have received letters from Columbus informing us that Miss Gayle has begun teaching a private school. She will therefore not be connected with us. Miss Plummer proposes withdrawing her normal Class from the rest of the school & Misses Leonard & Trumball will take charge of the remaining 128 pupils. We expect Miss Plummer's pupils to teach among the others for Normal practice. That can be made, under the circumstances. If they should require any aid from from you in carrying out this new plan,
