Mr. E.A. Ware  I received your kind answer. On my return home from the Coweta Camp meeting it seams that you could not understand from my letter that I wrote you from Conyers what I wanted  I had but five minutes to write to be ready for mail  I bargained for a house and Lot for a School and religious Purposes for the Freedmen  I find there is some opposition to the measure  the Freedman are extremely anxious for a school at Conyers  I bot [[bought]] a lot of ground I suppose will contain nearly half Acre and a Good hous [[house]] and it well situated  The Freedman want help to pay for it  they say that they can pay half the money  the Lot cost Three hundred Dollars and the house that is on it is worth the money  it is my buisness [[business]] as a minister and I feel it a duty to aid all that i can in that direction  we simply ask you can you help them  you kneed [[need]] not answer this now for I
