Allow me to introduce to you Mr. H. Leland who has been engaged in teaching the freedmen nearly three years, part of the time under our society and part under the Penn Friends Society. Domestic affliction prevented his returning to the work earlier in the season, and he is now anxious to go and continue his labors.
