Dear Sir
This letter refers to the ground near the Savannah River in the fourth ward. Unless instructed diferently I shall at once have the papers made out; for the others not decided upon Tell Genl Lewis that to get two lots near the engine house we may be obliged to take them in the rear of the present contemplated location
