Dear Sir;      
Your letter of Dec. 14th is received. We have appointed Mr. Leland as Sup't at Columbus and sent him a letter of instructions. We know him well and have entire confidence in him and are glad to locate him in that field of disturbance though he did not think it imperative to have a Sup't there at the beginning of this school year; how would it be now if all worked harmoniously.
