think they will come on all right. Then I ground my Scythe and mowed all the grass back of House so we could get around to do the painting  then I painted the last coat of paint on our Trellis to put up for the Clematis and also painted the conductor pipe that I took down on back side of House so I got around to shaving and a wash up just before 12  it is a nice sunny day but a cold No wind it has been that way nearly all the week  a sharp shower Friday night but it did not mark any of my paint  the coming week I hope to see the most of the House covered excepting the sashes of the windows will be the last thing to do, and afraid the Haying will come in Early this year  dont know who I can get to do the mowing  I dont want to have to do it but may,

Well Pa has got his letter begun to Lena aready, we shall get hers the first of the week probably, I have been busy all day first washing then helping set out tomatoes over to the old place, and then about fifteen plants over here, where Pa has pulled up the forcythia [[forsythia]], there by the dogwood bushes, I have spaded up a little piece. that is quite sunny. there I can watch them grow if they dont come to much, a little bluebird is singing outside as I write they are a cheery sounding little bird. these are cool days although warm in the sun
