Mamie Wales tells me Helen was operated on for apendicitis last Saturday a week ago she knew nothing about it for nearly a week. she was going with Helen to the White Mts. the first of August but now is all at sea pretty much worried about it. They have begun to finish the house this week. Ring will have trouble with the water running from the roof into the celler It came good this week. am sorry. You do not say as to how you travel by steam or electric cars to get to Riverdale do you have good water? We do not find any of those Franking Slips where did you put away? We may not ever use them but would like to know where they are. Lena is out now trying to catch some butterflies. I have hunted until I found those Franking Slips
