I had a talk with Frank Capen he says he thinks he would sell but does not care to sell only about 66 ft from our line toward Rings back line he would like to take a driven [[?]] from Walnut St to the back of his 2 flat. the lot would be as he talks 66 ft on Walnut and running back 14 ft almost to the Hen House. I can see why hes [[?]] gotten [[?]] that way from his flat lot is hard to get on to from Prospect St I myself would be willing to take the 66 ft on Walnut St for that would be wide enough for a lot and then nothing could be put on. he did not give any price I told him to

Doris I hope you are having as nice a day at W. as we are getting after a stormy day and night the sun has come out and a fairly cool wind is coming up we have been at the work and have only [[?]] [[?]] chestnuts [[?]] [[?]] St. [[?]] for the coming week, not the square to settle on for the Estate I suppose we will have to be shut in now for two months at least about 4 or 5 days a week think it over, it may take a year to find out but I shall try and get a price from him.
