Dear Folks, 

Another week has gone. This is the last day of March too. Does it seem possible to you? I imagine, though, that the winter has seemed rather long and uncomfortable to you where you were not able to have the house good and warm. It does seem as though we should surely have good warm weather soon now. It will be pleasanter for you when you can get out of doors and watch the leaves and buds opening out.

I heard last Friday what I took to be a song sparrow, and on Saturday, a robin. But on Easter Sunday morning I heard both in good shape. I suppose that you heard them some time ago. I have not even yet seen them - that is to recognize them anyway. 

Mary Ide came out last Saturday for dinner and stayed until three o'clock. She drove over from Norwood in her car. I haven't seen her before for a number of
