Miss Garland went home Tuesday night for our Good Friday, Saturday, and Easter. She came back Sunday night.

Are you making more rugs, quilts, dresses, etc.? You certainly have done a good many such things. I don't seem to get much done, but I hope when the weather gets warmer and the days longer so that I can get up early and sit by my open window, I may get at work earlier.

If I don't close this, I shall not get it into the box before the mail is collected.

I do hope that Mr. Holmes is happier than he was. As spring comes on, do you suppose he would enjoy having his beard cut off, and have the barber come every other day to shave him?

All good wishes to you. Can I do anything for either of you?

Lots of love,
Lena.
