Dear Folks,

Another week has rolled around and another year has - almost.

To-day an insured parcel came from Doris. Apparently, she is busy, as usual, giving gifts. I thought that this year she might cut down on some of them.

I was surprised Sunday by having Lula call me up from Chestnut Hill. She is out there in some kind of Christian Science place. She did not go to Colrain Mass., after all. She writes that she is happy and that she gets "the most delicious food to eat". I am glad.
