Dear Ma:

This is almost the end of the day, but I am going out tonight to take care of a baby and I am taking a redingote with me to hem for Jimmie. Ruth graduates from high school tomorrow evening and Jimmie needs her garment. I wanted to write you a letter, but I am tired already, so hope you will excuse me this time. I plan also to write Doris in a day or two about some information A [[delta symbol]] [[pi symbol]] wants. Did I tell you my Aunt Cora has passed away? She had a shock a week or ten days before her death. Her condition was bad, so it was probably well she went, although it makes us sad to lose her. I hope you are enjoying your flowers. Love to you both,

Lena.
