send a postal as I should have otherwise. I kept thinking I would write the letter right away. I guess a card would have been better than nothing. But I think of you a lot and keep hoping that all is well with you.
When does Doris come home this year? I haven't heard from her since she started for Florida.
I hear Mrs. Griffin call me to breakfast, and so I left this letter to finish when I got back, but a sudden shower sent me rushing back up stairs to find the pages scattered all over the floor. Good thing they were numbered.
Oh, by the way, I won a Bendix Home Laundry, Worth $189. One merely puts in dry clothes, soap and bluing, sets a dial, and later takes clothes out ready for the line.
