Dear Folks,

Good news from your folks, I can tell you! I have been wondering how you were, and almost came out last Monday to find out, but by the time I got some errands done in town I was too tired to go further, but do intend to get out soon for an hour or so any way.
 
I think that Mrs. Osborne struck us all favorably from the first. I do hope that she will continue to be satisfactory, and will stay with you. If anybody could keep Mr. Holmes comfortable, I feel she can. You do hate to keep telling him to keep still and go up stairs. Doris and I are too nervous to make him
